Office Hours:
We are open from 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday by appointment only. We are closed from lunch from 12:00pm – 1:00pm. If you have an after-hours emergency, please call our normal office number at 270-885-2091. There is always a physician available for your emergency care.

Lab hours:
Solstas Lab Partners provides a phlebotomist for the convenience of our patients. The lab is open from 6:30am – 12:00pm and from 1:00pm – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, no appointment is necessary. Please bring your lab orders.

Insurance Information:
We are participating providers with many insurance plans. All co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service. Patients with no health insurance are required to make payment in full at the time services are rendered.

We currently accept assignment on Medicare claims.
